It's an 88 crx bumper w/ a 92-93 int. type-r lip, i've seen it a bunch and wanted to know if anybody had a diy or info on it. Thanks!

 

Use your imagination. 1. Go to hardward store. 2. Buy 1/2" x 1/2" aluminum angle iron stock. 3. Cut and bend tabs and brackets to fit lip spoiler. 4. Eureka!

Or if the holes line up go buy the original HONDA OEM Lip spoiler nut plates and bumper bolts. They are cheap enough to buy all new.

 

or self tappin screws and some small bolts and locking nuts

 

Yeah that's been the plan pretty much, juss seeing if anyone had a diy or something on it before I buy the lip.. but thanks for the info.

 

It is the same process as putting on any 90-93 integrate lip. All you need is the stock bolts and clips and then trim the sides because it will be too long.

 

so the bolts line up? or will I need to drill them in?

 

Is that the car the bumper is going on to?
It looks like a Civic with the filler bar under the headlights.
I didn't think CRXs had that filler piece - so won't that be a problem as well?
