Icon2 Transmission to Motor Mounting Bolt Order

What is the correct placement of the bolts that mount the transmission to the motor? I have three long bolts and two short ones, not including the two smaller bolts that seal the splash guard to the bell housing at the bottom. I stripped one of the two holes at the top because I ignorantly put a short one where a long one should be. How detrimental is this? Will my tranny fly off or anything in the future if I don't get it re threaded? Motor is a D15 B6 (HF) and tranny is a 5 speed DX. I have a Helms shop manual but it doesn't seem to show where the two lengths go specifically. Thank you
