Either your window motors are about to go out, or you need to grease your rail. It could also be a result of your seals catching on the glass. Are there lines from where the seal has been rubbing?

I would agree on that. These cars are 10+ year or older and the grease is either gone or non existent. Also the motors tend to fail over time as you mentioned so good call on that. I know my sunroof gets slower as time goes on. Good thing I live my life a 1/4 mile at a time

Use the process of elimination, like they stated above it's one of 2 things. Do the cheaper by lubing up the rails for starters. White lithelum grease is ideal or you can also use armor all to lube it, if the windows are still going up and down slow then it's your motor

Also, you might want to replace the window felts, if you look at the inside door panel at the top where the window runs it is a long piece with felt that meets the glass, that wears out, it is available at honda. I did mine on the passenger side it made a huge difference.

On a 10+ year old car you really should pull the door panel and lube the tracks in there, not just the upper window frame.

Take your time pulling the panel and be sure to remove all the screws before pulling. Sounds obvious, but I've seen lots of broken trim from people getting in a rush and trying to force it. Start prying it from the bottom rear, then work your way up.
