Anyone have any idea how to ajust the play on a manuel rack in a dx civic my tie rods are fine but there is alot of play in the wheel

 

Up to 10 mm of play is within spec. How much play do you have? You say your tierods are good, did you check the outer AND inner or just the outer? Here is how to adjust it but that is more pinion to rack gear lash. I don't think adjusting it is going to solve your steering wheel play.

 

well i have very little play in my tie rod inners but outers are new but like i can see the whole end off my turn signal switch or wiper switch before it even moves the wheel
