Default Next step for 97 sh lude

I have a 97 sh prelude with 200,000 miles. Owner for last six years. Runs good no issues Looking to now go more performance and start with less miles on motor. Been researching, if right you can't bore your h22 or you can just not much. I know motor is sleeved, If right you can remove atts with the transmission came with and replace with base model with fab Plate made to do this? Or just get atts system with less miles, never had a problem with it but for more performance feel like eliminate it. Then with base model tran can add LSD for it is that right too? If I remove my sh block and had it rebuilt, add performance mods to motor when rebuilt, then I know what I have in it. Would that make more sense to have rebuilt. I know I can buy a jdm h22 motor used and with LSD trans for around 2700 to 3000 grand not knowing what im truely getting maybe 30000 to 40000 miles, been used and abuse, short warrenty plan. To me thats got gray area, not crazy about. I just would like any opinions. I'm looking to work to get 300 to 330 hp. Your opinion on best way to do it and plus with being cost efficient. Just appreciate your knowledge. Keep in mind situation. I have been researching!! Thank you
