Default HELP b20b swap into em1 idling issue

i need some help guys..
so i have a 00 civic si and the stock b16 needed a rebuild.. since i dont want to do a stock rebuild i went out and bought a jdm b20b as a temporary motor. But im havin some issues.. first i will list the parts
jdm b20b long block
95 ls intake mani
b16 throttlebody.injectors,alternator,exhaust manifold
kn intake
chipped p28 with a b20 basemap

well the problem is once the car warms up it wont idle.. what i mean by that is that its having hard time keeping steady idle.

the idle drops very low and wont go up.. car stalls out.only does it whem warmed up.

can somebody give me some help please

Have you tried all the obvious first like adjust the throttle cable and adjusting the distributor?

Perhaps a tuning issue with your mismatched throttle body? Maybe ask in the tuning section.

Basemap? Or tuned for that? Basemaps are a guess. Everything that changes air flow requires a re-tune. Remember that the ECU determines air flow by MAP - manifold absolute pressure. If you change your throttle body from 58mm to 60mm then you have higher air flow at the same MAP reading. Until the ECU is re-tuned, it will never run right.

However, a quick search on Hondaswap tells me that both the B16 and B20 have a 60mm throttle body. I find it unlikely that the size itself is the cause.
