i don't understand at all how the top lid of the storage/security box supposed to attach to the body ? i looked at parts diagram off majestic honda and my helms and it does'nt show that part good or tell how it attaches ?

seems like it would have hinges or something cause you supposed to be able to open the lid of the storage box near where the key cylinder is and the back edge of the lid supposed to stay down in place while you open the lid ? but mine is just loose and just has carpet on the back edge and no sign of any hole or way to mount it down in place to the body that i can see ???

could anyone help or answer how its supposed to go exactly ? thanks
