Icon2 88 Sedan DX signal lights not working

So after dealing with my car almost catching fire ( see this thread https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/88-sedan-almost-caught-fire-short-harness-2994862/) I am now back to where it all started.

My turn signals still don't work but unlike my previous scenario, the clock works and the dash has power for the things it runs. So needless to say, im a little stumped.

I managed to pull the wire that fried when i decided to put a 30a fuse where a 10a was supposed to be ( yeah, i know ). That wire was a yellow wire that fed from the back of my fuse box and into the engine bay that connected to the reverse light wires on the transmission ( yellow and green black wire )

What also throws me off is that my hazard lights work and the dash lights up the signals when on. So this leads me to believe that something is still not right and might have burn out. I have an extra Dash but its from a 90-91 civic. However, i dont think that will remedy my issue.

So i really would like a diagram of the wires that connect to the fuse box and where they go along with any corresponding color schemes.

Thanks in advance and here is the damage the short caused my poor old sedan.

May have burnt something inside the under-dash fusebox, the switch , or the switch connector in the steering column. You have a PM.

Thanks for the hi-jack ::SMH::

FYI. your bumper lights are designed to only come on when you signal.
