Default b16a2 wacky idle code -p0505 after cleaning throttle body

hey guys im having a problem with my idle ever since I cleaned my throttle body. I took off the throttle body cleaned it with throttle body cleaner put on a new throttle body gasket, and ever since my idle will act funny, but only sometimes. i get a p0505 which is iacv malfunction, but i never even touched the iacv. i later decided to clean it to see it if would fix it but it didnt. the car will idle fine most the time or half the time then the idle will rise to about 1500 rpm then when i go to give it alittle bit of gas the revs will bounce around 2000 rpm like its retarting the timing. once i turn the car off adn back on it will be fine until if randomly happens again. theres no vacuum leaks since i put my hand over the throttle body and the car died.the idle also lowers of i put my finger over the iacv valve.

nvm i did the test, and the tps had .5 shut 4.67 open throttle and an increase in voltage throughout the throttle opening without any hicups. i also tested the iacv yellow black wire to have 12 volts and i hooked up the iacv to a 12v source and it clicked. i just did a coolant flush and let it idle for 20 min and it seemed to idle normal. so ill see if the problem comes back.
