Default y7 block/z6 head in eg8

I read up on it and saw it can be done like any other mini me swap. Just wanted to make sure i wouldnt have any wire problems or alt, p.s. problems. I have a z6 in my EG8 now and bottom end threw a rod through the block. I need something this weekend so im looking for any block I can find to replace it cause its my daily driver. Thanks in advance.
