Im working on a 99 integra LS with a code 1129 coming up on the scanner and ive tried the following and nothing has worked:

Cleaned the IACV/ made sure its plugged in
replaced the map sensor
cleaned the throttle body
checked for vacuum leaks
plugs are all plugged in

It ran fine before we switched out the old manifold to a skunk2 manifold, but afterwards it ended up pitching out codes.

Car has the following syntoms:
idles spiratic
runs to about 3k and then has instant loss of power, then regains power
runs rich
misfires hesitantly when it wants

On a side note, it had a bad oxygen sensor bank 1 that we replaced due to coolant spilling on the old one so we bought a bosch plug n play sensor to replace it. If you have any logical suggestions, id really appreciate it. Thanks

 

found the solution, ended up being a major vacuum leak at the throttle body so the map sensor was reading high volume of air intake. A new TB gasket and she runs like a champ.
