i was under there hooking up some stuff and i noticed there was a snapped cable on the gas pedal. but i dont know where it snapped from. its not the throttle cable cuz i can still drive the car and rev the car. but its a little above the throttle cable

any help is appreciated

Never mind I feel stupid
It was cruise control I cut a while back

 

Why did you cut it? You could of just pulled it out.
