for fog lights to really work, you should stick to halogen.. if you go with hids, go with the 3000k..

as far as projectors the cheapest bixenon setup you could get is the mini h1/d2s projectors whcih would be pnp.. a better setup would be fx-rs you will have to do some cutting.. make sure you use clear lens headlights not fluted
