Default Do steel braided lines work well with ABS?

Someone told me that steel braided lines might not work well with the ABS. He said that since the ABS is calibrated with the flex in the stock lines that switching to stell braided might throw it off. Is this true? Also what is a good street pad to use. I heard the AEM pads are good for the street. They are also maid by nissin which if I remember correctly makes the stock acura pads and rotors. Also, what are some good steel braided line manufacturers? Thanks, 98LS

braided lines will not affect the performance of your ABS system. Good street pads? Axxis Ultimates seem to be a good choice although they do dust alot.

I have never heard of problems running SS lines on ABS cars.

I would recommend Hawk HP pads for the street- good performance with a little dust.
