I have a 93 Si.........i went to buy new brakes today and they asked if i had ABS..........i was not sure!!! I just bought the car a few months ago and it was sitting still(headgasket) for most of that time so i'm still teh Noob when it comes to Hondas.

So did ALL the Si's come with ABS or only some??? How would i tell. Thanks alot HT, aside from Kills.......this place is pretty tame for us newbs lol.

OK, so after some pokin around, i've pretty much conlcuded that i dont have ABS..........no heres the part i need help.

I bought the pads, rotors and brake lines today. I'm pretty sure only the lines would be affected by ABS......so should i just exchange the lines then???

if you had ABS you would have an additional box under the hood with brakes lines going to it.

ya i would trade the lines in. the rest would be the same

OK, really appreciate the help! Fortunately Summit Racing is only about a 40 minute drive from me. Saves me quite a bit on shipping!! And now........returns are not a total hassle.

if im positive, there should be an extra box or some orange clips/harnesses that sit near the battery in the engine bay...that should show that you have abs...someone correct me if i'm wrong
