Weird noise coming from passenger front fender??
So today I was drivig my 98 civic around town and I heard a flapping noise in my fender. I check it out when I was home took off the wheel. Check the fender for any loose bolts everythig was tight. The noise only happens when I go past 40mph .. I can't seem to the find the problem, what do u guys think it can be cuz I'm pretty stump right now

Check ALL of your suspension components on that side with a prybar. If there is ANY play replace that part. Get in there with your hands and inspect the steering knuckle and hub. there shouldnt be any up and down or left to right movement. Check your brake caliper and your disc, make sure the pads are in there secure. The could be as simple as your plastic fender well cover flapping in the wind or it could be a bad as a wheel bearing. It is hard to say without seeing or driving the vehicle. Best I can say is look around there better, try to recreate the conditions.
First off that I forgot to mention is that I don't have the plastic fender covers anymore. I also check all the parts in that area. But it might be just the wheel bearing? But drove it again and it does not seem like a wheel bearing or it can be ?? It's sounds like the fender is getting hit buy something ..
