^ Boooosted, shut the fvck up. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean he doesn't. So maybe the bay is dirty, no filter, and valve cover needs painting, but I don't see "epic fail" by any means, you fail, how about that.

To the OP, break out some brake cleaner and a rag and clean up that bay. Get a filter, get a fuse box cover, and paint your valve cover, and you will have a nice little gem there. Keep up the good work. Don't listen to the doushbag above.

Oh and by the way, the mini filter doesn't go on the intake, it goes on the valve cover on the pcv port.

That's all that matters, is that you are happy with it, not anyone else. Honestly though, I like it, a b16 swapped da, good ****. Spend about $20 on brake clean, paint stripper, primer and paint, wipe down the bay, repaint the valve cover and it will be beautiful! Twenty bucks and a few hours later and it will be sooo worth the outcome.

Before and after you clean it? Or before the swap and after the swap?

I thought I saw one in the first pic lol Well I hope you get the cleaning done asap tomorrow cause I really want to see the final product. You really should have just done a pressure wash or scrub down between swaps, but whatevs lol
