Default Em1 code p0133 help

Hey guys I'm new to the forum but have been lurking around for awhile. I recently purchased a 2000 Civic Si and after about a week of driving it the cel came on and the code was p0133 Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank1, Sensor1) Both o2 sensors have recently been replaced, and I think it would be a wasted of money to go and buy another new one without seeing if its another problem. I was wondering what I should Troubleshoot, I have searched the forum and googled it and really am still in need of help. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

you should have your question in the title so people who actually do know will come in. just a "please help" will tend to turn people away. just a thought.

If there's no exhaust leak, replacing the primary O2 sensor should fix the problem.

You can inspect connector C123/C145 and resistance of the O2 wires that run through it.

You can also check for an exhaust leak.

Some brands of fuel and/or fuel additive packages may create deposits at the fuel injector tips. This build-up may cause slight air/fuel deviations between each cylinder. Build-up of deposits, when coupled with very specific driving conditions, may cause the MIL to come on and the PCM to store DTC P0133.

check the wiring to the sensor, check the molex connector itself.

By the way what brand did you use?

and you are sure you have the right part number?

Also, did you reset the computer, did it come back?

does the car have the stock engine?

It still pops on every now and then I usually turn it off and it stays off for a month or two, I also just brought my car to emissions in IL and passed,

Now that code doesn't come back on anymore and the p0135 comes on so I went out and bought and o2 sensor from autozone reset the code and the cel comes on almost right after I reset the code with the obd2 scanner and the live data says its running so rich that it pegged the volts at the meter at 1.275 I'm really not sure what to check

Check whether 7.5A fuse 15 is blown and whether voltage from fuse 15 reaches the O2 sensor plug.
