starting my mock up on my turbo manifold
The fitment looks awesome! How are you going to route runners 2 and 3? For ease of installation and closest way to equal length I would assume you'd probably want to take 1 and 4 and move them to the back.
I can't tell from where I'm looking now, but is the number one runner fitted properly to the elbow coming off the flange?
Also, is it just me, or are the ports on your head flange REALLY small?
i don't think he can snake 2 and 3 under 1 and 4 as it may hit the turbo...regardless, 1 and 4 should have gone onto the other two ports on the collector IMHO
and your right Sov, those head flange ports do look really small for some reason

Looks good man! Looks like you have great fitup
Make sure, that you bolt the head flange (or any flanges) to a head (turbo, gate, matching flange), or chunk of metal when you do your final solid welds. If not it will warp to ****. My first manifold I didn't, it took the machine shop over 2 hr to fix it. Now I use old heads, no problem with warping.

will do I've an old head and turbo ready for when I start to weld ,il ne drilling out for an external wastegate also ,thanks for the input guys, and the helpful hints
Yes Ricky seen some of your stuff must say it the best around, friend of mine made a manifold on the same spec as the one I'm doing here he made 370 Bhp on the same manifoldneeds a bigger turbo to push for more manifold is doing the job perfect as in flow wise
Where are you based?
Regards
Ricky
