The fitment looks awesome! How are you going to route runners 2 and 3? For ease of installation and closest way to equal length I would assume you'd probably want to take 1 and 4 and move them to the back.

he could always make it a ramhorn manifold and have TONS of room from the other angle.

Looks good.
cheers.

Looks like he'll probably go under 1 and 4 and come up from the sides like a ramhorn.

I can't tell from where I'm looking now, but is the number one runner fitted properly to the elbow coming off the flange?

Also, is it just me, or are the ports on your head flange REALLY small?

i don't think he can snake 2 and 3 under 1 and 4 as it may hit the turbo...regardless, 1 and 4 should have gone onto the other two ports on the collector IMHO

and your right Sov, those head flange ports do look really small for some reason

Looks good man! Looks like you have great fitup

Make sure, that you bolt the head flange (or any flanges) to a head (turbo, gate, matching flange), or chunk of metal when you do your final solid welds. If not it will warp to ****. My first manifold I didn't, it took the machine shop over 2 hr to fix it. Now I use old heads, no problem with warping.

A starlet manifold, we make tonnes in a similar way. You just need bigger preps, especially on the collector.

Yes, I did some flow testing on one of ours and it'll flow 600hp without problems.

Where are you based?
