HELP on Illuminas with either coilovers or springs!!!
i tried searching for this type of situation and found a couple of threads but none of them really helped.
So i have illuminas on eibach springs on my Integra 94, but i want to drop my car some more, kinda like a dumped look were ima have to do some fender rolling. i have a 2 finger gap all around so im having trouble on choosing coilovers or springs. What is better between the shocks or springs and what would be good with illuminas??
ANY HELP WOULD GREATLY BE APPRECIATED.

With any lower, your are shortening the life of shocks.
Ground Control coilovers are one of the best one you can get.
Spring wise, H&R race will give you good drops with stiff spring rates.

im not familiar with ground control. what is the difference from ground controls and coilovers? any help would greatly be appreciated
You already have coilovers. A coil spring over the shock is what is defined as a coilover.
Ground Control sells threaded height adjustable spring perches and springs as a package.
Pretty sure "Ground Control" is just a brand name.
Also your Integra uses "coil overs", the coil spring is over the shock/strut, the diff. will be coil over springs or adjustable coil over springs.
If you have no need to adjust ride hight, go with just springs, [lowering springs]. 94

No.
Correct.
You completely missed his point.
You want it lower. Fine. That doesn't mean you need a variable height adjustable system, which is what a threaded spring perch provides. You just need lowering springs made for a lower ride height, of which there are plenty out there.
Unless you really want to spend more money than you need to. If that's the case, the options really open up...
