97 Integra Turbo Coolant Leak Hose Resvior
Got a 97 turbo integra running 11 lbs. I have a stock 97 civic radiator on my car also. Ive never had problem with it holding coolant until the last 4 or 5 months. I keep leakin coolant from where the resvior hose connects to the radiator and im not sure why its doin this. I put a hose clamp over it and coolant still leaks from line whenever coolant is tryin to go into the resvior tank.
Every time i drive it just about i have to put more coolant in it bc its not up to level of top of tank.
I have also noticed that it whenever the car is up to normal operatin temp and it vents coolant to the overflow tank but whenever car cools down the radiator will not suck the coolant in the resvior back up into radiator.
Ive done compression test and leak down test and everythin looked good.
Ive never seen where a car can leak coolant from where overfow hose connects to the radiator.
Anyone have any ideas bc at this point the only thing i can leak of is my head gasket may be startin to go and mayb im gettn compression into water jacket.
ANy ideas anyone?
