Paperwork/title/ vin history? Very interested with cash... Could you provide a start guarentee? (Obviously no warranty)

 

I recently bought the swap , cam out of another swapped civic , engine and tranny still have v.I.n. plates , I will post them up soon , as far a start gaurentee , sorry swap is as is , it was pulled out of a running civic , I will not gaurentee start up due to anything can happen during installation , too many variables or issues that can occur during insallation

 

sounds fishy if you cant gurantee a startup.

 

To start up it needs spark and fuel... either way GL with the sale; with your post count you may want to offer something in the future to give our veteran members a warm fuzzy feeling about buying stuff from you.

 

its cool , i understand , but i am not a business , swap is sold as is , cheap enough that if engine needed repair , you could fix it , and yes you only need fuel and spark , but what about all of the components that are involved in fuel and spark , such as , distfailing , damaged wiring during install, spark plugs failing , fuel pump failing , main relay failing , this is the only reason why i say there is no startup gaurentee ,


i am stilling working on getting v.i.n #s for sale , and possibly even a compression reading done on all cylinders , just work 11 hr. shifts 6 days a week , its tough for me to get some time to go to garland , engine is at my homies house

 

Alright, if I said that I wanted to get it this weekend what would u say. Willing to meet up somewhere between killeen and garland? I just got back statewide, not sure where garland is, lmao.

 

Haha, garland is 10 clicks n.e. of dallas . J/k I don't know what clicks mean.lol I could only meet up on Sunday and the nearest I could meet you up is hillsboro which I believe is half point from garland to killeen.

no problem man. taking some stuff apart for inspection. so far the ecu is not chipped. gonna take the tranny apart tomorrow and do a tooth count to verify the gearing. possibly take the head off.
