The OP grossly misrepresented the trans. It is in mint shape..but its a 4.4 fd trans. Ive been trying to call and text him all day with no return calls or texts. Dude told me over text that it was a 4.78 FD ITR trans. There were no labels or stamps on the trans but he assured me it was as advertised. I even got a signed bill of sale saying it was a 4.78 FD ITR trans when I went to his house to pick it up.
Dylan...please do me a favor and respond. I've been fairly patient, man. I just want a fair resolution. I bought the trans thursday, installed it friday, and contacted you Saturday morning.

Have been trying to get a hold of this jerk off for a couple weeks now. He doesn't answer the phone or texts. Although, he did manage to hit the "ignore" key a few times. You could have just answered the phone and spoke to me like a man. That's fine that you're avoiding me like a punk, though.

By the way, we have a forum for settling disputes when all other attempts (meaning text, pm, email, etc) have failed and the story should be brought to everyone's attention - instead of cluttering the Marketplace with it.
