Default 12:1 93 octane

So I've been doin research on running 12:1 compression in an h22 on 93 octane and I've found mixed answers I've had people tell me that it is absolutelly possible and it all depends on the tune. And I've had people tell me it will detonate within 20 min of startup. Its a stocksleeve h22 block mahle gold 11.5:1 pistons flat valves and a .03 cometic hg... I just don't know what to believe so I figured id give ht a shot
With a solid dyno tune by rlz should I stick with around 11:1 or go big?
