Default Considering an accord

I've been looking for a good daily driver. I've got my heart set on 03+ coupe v6 stick. But all the ones i'm seeing in my price range have 120-150k miles. Should I be worried about buying a car with this many miles?

I'm also curious as to why you would have to change the tb, not saying you're wrong, just wondering.

The V6 Accords are notorious for their POS throttle bodies...

In all seriousness, I think LostAgain meant timing belt, not throttle body.

tb could be throttle body or timing belt. In this case it is timing belt as they are normally changed at 90k. Newer 4 cyl cars have timing chains that you dont need to change but the V6s usually timing belts that need to be changed.
