Default 500+whp 07 Civic SI build (final round of upgrades)

This is my final round of upgrades. And I figured I'd do it all, and do it right for what I want to do. DD fast spooling highway driver (sleeperish).

1st round upgrade: 350whp.
2nd round upgrade: 440whp, 312wtq.

Machine work:
bore .5mm over (essentially to get rid of imperfections)
port match intake manifold inlet to throttlebody (+12mm difference)
MAin/rod bearing tolerance check and balancing (ACL rod & main bearings install if needed)

Vacuum block
DIY Venom oil catch can

HFP Underbody kit
HFP suspension
Silver dash highlights

new OEM headgasket
k20a2 oil pump (no balancing shafts vs k20z3 oil pump)
custom baffled oil pan (customizing at shop)
front main seal (crankshaft)
rear main seal (crankshaft)
low temp thermostat
ARP head studs
Albins 1-4 Gears
Acura TSX 5th gear
Synchrotec carbon Synchros 1-6 Gears

I'll add photos and videos in the coming weeks. Just havent had a lot of time and work has been hammering me.

Technically, from everything I've seen others do: This build should net me around 550whp on 93 octane on around 16-19lbs of boost and 600+whp on c16 @25lbs of boost

Reserved for Pics.

tsx 5th gear, rsx oil pump, oil pump sprocket, synchrotech carbon synchros
1/2 3/4 synchro sleeves

I also decided I'd make myself a "real" catch can. Go DIY!

Stage 5 clutch and new TOB installed

Yep, car is being dropped off at SRT in Maryland to do the build.

Nice build. Is your exhaust side really 3", or did you have to transition from 2.5" for the DP?

Sounds like the car is going to be really well built. I might have missed it but what type of racing do you plan to do with the car? Or is it going to be a fast DD?

SRT is relatively close to my house. Ive heard some good things about them but I've heard more bad then good. Not knocking your progress or your them as Ive never dealt with them personally, Ive just been told to keep my distance.

I might be designing my own cams because I'm not all that impressed with the kelfords turbo cams. I think I can do better with cam design. The idle isnt great (-14psi at best, and -7.9psi at worst with waterpump/thermostat and a/c on) because of the amount of overlap there is on the low cam on top of my already much larger TB. The high cam definitely makes power, but my vtec comes in fairly soon, so I think there should be less overlap on the low lobe because of how the vtec point is.
