If you do have help its just as easy to pull the dash and not have to worry about laying upside and hard floor on your back, gl though its fun hah
Happened to me too
Welded it but it was also leaning a little
And broke again
Got a whole new one at junkyard
Just make sure u get the same one as urs
Cuz I got one without the neutral safety switch
Under the clutch
And had to go back for another one
But it's easy to change
Pulling the seat would be good cuz u need alot of room
I dropped the steering column
Left the dash in
And there's alot of bolts to take off pedals
But it's easy good luck

so i hit the junk yard and pulled one off a dx,wasn't to hard. But its not the same as my si, but i figured i can mod the switch..it will still bolt up without a problem right? ill be installing it Sunday
if it is from an 88, it won't have the clutch safety switch.
Si has a different spring compared to other trim models. Apparently it doesn't really do anything special, so one from a CX, DX, EX, LX will work.
