97 Prelude w/F22b1+H22A4 manual tranny. Need help.
Purchased this car from a guy that gave up on it with high hopes that I will get it running and make it my daily driver. Being new to the H-series and F-series, I need someone to help me decide if the route that I'm taking is correct. The shell is a 5-speed 97 Prelude SH. The previous owner dropped in an automatic SOHC VTEC F22B1 and bolted on the H22A4 transmission. He removed the automatic plate(?torque converter?) and the ATTS unit and bolted on a flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate. After all the work that he did, he said that he wasn't getting spark when trying to start it and gave up on it. SOOOO..with all that said..I am the new owner and currently looking to buy parts to get this baby back on the road. So far my research has led me to buy:
5-speed intermediate shaft(94-97 accord)
5-speed driver's side axle(94-97 accord???)
Slave cylinder(90-97 accord)
New ECU??
What else do I need to know before I start buying and start fixing? I would really appreciate any input and I hope that I posted my question in the right area. Thanks and I'll be checking back often.

If the car is a Prelude you purchase Prelude axles. The stub axles(part that bolts to the hub) is different. That goes for everything else pretty much, Prelude car, Prelude parts(with the exception of the B1). If its not starting I suspect he did not correctly bypass the lockout for ATs. You will probably get better answers over in the Prelude forum for AT to MT swaps.
