As tittle says.
Going to do 3inch all the way. I have 2 1/2 on it now. Looking for the measurement specs and what degree bends I need so I can let the guy now at the piping place what to cut and bend for me.

i wuld thank he culd copy ur old exhaust u have on it now. or take it to him and have him customize it and get a good fit on it.

 

I would take my whole exhaust off if I could but with being in school and having to drive everyday, it makes it difficult for me to do that.

Ive tried searching around and still no luck.

i got the 3" piping kit from kteller, and muffler, cat, and resonators and welded it up with a mig. unfortantly, nobody makes 3 inch exhaust for the sol. as far as clearance goes its not bad at all. im turbo so i also have 3" dp which needs to be modded as the flex pipe is under the oil pan, will put it behind oil pan and my ground clearance will be great. i used ss wire to hold the exhaust high as possible. one of my resonators is right under the shifter so if i got far over to 5/R, it will touch. again will be fixed. only thing i ended up doing was accidentally denting the gas tank because that area is tight. also had to remove my sway bar for it to fit. however i put in a v-band right before the axle so ill modify that part later to retain the sway bar.

 

Any muffler guy worth a damn will be able to measure your exhaust tunnel or old exhaust and make the cuts and bends right then and there. I went to my local guy and had the entire cat-back replaced. He'd never worked on a del Sol before, but still got me out of there inside an hour working from scratch.

i had a bud who had done so many he wouldnt measure at all. it always came out perfect .. an wxhaust guy should be able to make one up quick, sounds like you need a new exhaust shop
