Good/Unique place to mount a control unit?
I need to find a place to put this thin, I will be going FI soon, so ill be putting in a bunch of guages and other electronics.
putting it under the radio in the other din slot? two ways, just mount it there iwth double sided tape, or, by creating some nice enclousure to make it have a sort of flush effect in the din area.
The other place was to put it between the drivers seat and the console.
Ive debated putting it to the panel to the right of the drivers calf muscle, but i think its too far to reach down there if you need to control it and franly tends to look bad.
can anyone think of anything?
take out ur ashtrey and stuff like that and get a custom pod made or something. thats what i did for a my s-afc ect.

Or what about in the glove compartment?
It would look great in my car.
I think it will look nice under the head unit. Do not know what the thieves would think tho.
Would it fit under the armrest?

that might actually be a good stealth location, but bad for actually controling the unit...
I wonder how hidden it will be if it is placed between the seat/center consols (e-brake) area
glove box
Integra-modder................using the dollar bill(s) as a size reference of the control unit is an excellent idea
hey! so that's why the car is outta commission...going FI eh?
there's a trade-off between stealth and ease of use.
since this is one of the more important pieces, why not put it on top of the steering wheel column? yeah it's not unique, but it works.
if not, then how about under the steering wheel to the right?

and james, you saw my car, i wouldnt place it in the stealthiest car of maryland category.
although it is important, I doubt i will use it ten times a day, and sooner or later ill memorize the buttons, so for now im leaning toward the seat area, however I like the ash tray location.
