Has anyone done any of the above mentioned removal with the engine still in the car? Seems like all the write up is for cars with engine already out.

You really don't need instructions to do it. Just pull everything out. AC is simple, for PS just loop all of the lines when you are done. There are four lines coming out of the valve body, just cut all four of them off then clamp on hoses and loop it all up.
