Default Auto to manual now little problems?

I just converted my 91 LX Civic auto to a 4 speed, done all of the wiring correctly. Car starts and runs/drives just fine now. But the all the gauges except the cable MPH one don't work, tach, temp, fuel... All of the fuses are fine, but still nothing.. they worked before the swap, I've tried the auto & manual ecu, nothing changes.. Also I have no hazards nor turn signals, head lights, tail lights, and break lights work fine.. any advice would be greatly appreciated..
thanks

sounds like you unplugged or shorted something important. did you check both the dash fuses and under the hood?? check all the grounds too. wiring is not correct if so many things stopped working...

If wiring is correct, then why are things not working?

Nothing you had to do to complete this should cause your problems. You either shorted something out, left a plug disconnected, or some other crazy thing you did. You weren't inebriated when you did the swap were you?
