What have you done so far? What have you checked?

Very well could be a bent rim. Bring it to a tire shop and have them spin the wheels.

well i have checked the rim for viewable damage, checked all my hardware behind the tire and compared it to my other front tire. no noticeable difference in them so i dont think i have bent anything in there. tire shops do that for free?

i will definately be super mad if the tire is just off balance but i dont think so.... and if so... its VERY VERY off balance =/ could a train track knock it off balance if i used a shitty tire shop to switch my new tires onto my front rims? lol

If the tire was put on by a cheap shop than yes, there are times when the wieghts will fall off even during normal driving. Take it in, and see what they have to say.

check for wear on your tire, since youve been hitting the train tracks...your tire might have a bubble causing it to vibrate. jack up your car and turn your wheel all the way to one side, spin your wheel and inspect for any bubbles or bulges.

Tires balanced and/or an alignment. Whether you think you need one or not. NO way of getting around it. Next time cross the tracks at a normal speed. My wife likes to hit mega potholes and this crap happens to her all the time.
