itr cam lift measurements

itr cam lift measurements
Hey guys i tried a seach and couldnt find anything. i was wondering the lift specs on the integra type r cams. if you guys could help me out that would be great. thanks

found some old printed literature hope its right. Not sure about how these numbers were checked, @.050 or straight up.
u.s. spec 97-98: Intake 240 duration 11.5 mm lift
Exhaust 238 duration 10.5 mm lift
25 deg of over lap
u.s. spec 00-01 / jdm b16b: Intake, can't find the lift spec but supposedly slightly higher than the early models. Duration i have down here says 243 degrees and 28 degrees overlap. part numbers are different between a '98 and an '01 so id have to say thats true.
