95 integra.. 2 door RS
so on way home from work today my ****ing stero system decides to blow or shut off, i dont know, i was listening to music on an average lvl (no amp, no subs, just alpine speakers n alpine deck..

it decides to just cut out n stop working as in no power or nothing cant even turn it on anymore....

checked the fuse for radio/cigg lighter and its fine even being the **** doubter iam i replaced it and still nothing works..

any idea here? i need music

 

I don't know the fuse system for 3rd gen integras compared to my 2nd gen.

But 2nd gens have 2 fuses for the radio, its really annoying, but they're called "radio" and "clock/cigarette lighter"

i fixed it.

it seems it blew the backup fuse under the hood.

upon researching google it seems it dawned on me to check the backup fuse under the hood n sure enough it fixed it.

funny why it would blow that one.

i replaced the 7.5 backup fuse anyway and good to go
