Default H22A compression test results

Results of compression test of my H22A (which does not start):

Cylinder 1: 90
Cylinder 2: 100
Cylinder 3: 80
Cylinder 4: 50


any suggestions what kind of damage i might be looking at here?

Your numbers look low across the board. i would think either head gasket or bent valve. i have never seen a car that would not crank with valves out of adjustment. (not that it is not possible if someone didn't know what they were doing when they adjusted the valves and are all too tight.)
