Hard to shift into gears when stopped.
I have experienced slight "hard" gear shift when stopped, but today it seemed to be really stiff and I would have to put a lot of effort to jam it into gear. This goes for all the gears but is only when I am stopped and in neutral. When I am the clutch pressed down without letting go, it slides smoothly. Not too sure what the problem may be but any thought/help is appreciated.
Have to agree, start with a bleed, if you have a hydro clutch, I would also get under the car and check shift linkage, check connection to shifter.

http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/...ystemcomp=List All&vinnoT=&trim=&trans=&view=normal make sure 14 & 15 are not bent, [other then where they are supposed to be]
Make sure 15 is not loose, 16 & 19 are in good shape.
Make sure all of 15s mounting hardware is there and tight.
Make sure 15 moves back and forth in 19 when engine is "twisting" from torque.
Make sure shifter is not loose/sloppy in it's mount on the end of 14, [23&25 are tight] and all the parts3, 4, 5, 13 and 24 are in good shape, pay close attention to 5, [bushing] 94
