Default d15b7 into CRX. d15b1 harness being used and modified

buddy of mine got a crx with a b7 into it.

wiring was done by a hack job and got some weird questions.

this isnt my first run in with changing plugs and what not, but im trying to tell him how to find the plugs and whatnot. he is in another state and doing this over the phone isnt easy lol

now i told him he needs to extend his fan switch wires. and thats easy.

here is a pic that he sent me via email.
this is the oil pressure switch correct?

now on the b1 harness, isnt there a one pin wire with a rubber boot that snaps onto this? i %100 sure, but need more verification.

he also sent me a pic of this square plug (looks like an old OBD0 dizzy plug to me)

anyone?

well since i have a 91 ef hatch and our harnesses are the same im about to run out to my car and look.

i think it might plug into something near where the firewall and engine harness connect. either that or the map sensor on the firewall,
but was i correct on everything else above?

i think he said he couldnt find the wire. but im sure if that square plug is shoved down in there, there is probably more wires to be found lol.

i mean im in the process of finishing up my b16 wiring, and all the sensors, wire colors and plugs all start to look alike after 17+ man hours into wiring

I know this is from like last year, but it keeps popping up in google when I look for harness questions. I have a better solution than hacking up a d15b1/2 harness to work with a b7 engine.

Go to honda/autozone/whatever and get the fan switch for the b1 ($20). There is a bolt plugging a hole on the b7 where the b1's fan switch would be (by the oil filter). Take it out and put the b1 fan switch in there. Boom, no harness hacking.
