Well since I am still a TRIAL USER, the garage and selling options are not yet open to me. So for the time being, I am going to post a harmless for sale add. Haha.. I have the same year and a TON of more money in my car and if i would sell it today. I'D HONESTLY think i would get 9-10k... With less miles on my setup.. brand name parts and midly built. Plus jdm front + new paint... discontinued rims and recaros included...

---okay here is the info that i have gathered. he has all receipts to show for it.---

"motor was built at aberhams machine shop bore .20 over. the car was dyno tuned at King Motorsports. it has wesico 8.5:1 pistons,eagle rods, crower cams,springs and retainers, cometic headgasket. walbro 255lph fuel pump, new fuel filter. Vibrant intercooler, vibrant 3 full exhaust, ACT 6 puck clutch,Koyo radiator,MSD wire, NGK heat range 7 spark plugs, godspeed 57 trim turbo pushing only 12psi. to manage all this it has Hondata s300 managment system and a apexi turbo timer, this integra is making 300hp as right now, i do not drive it much at all. i do not drive it in winter. the interior is black leather with sparco 3 point seat belts and pioneer cd player, its pretty much all stock except for those small up grades. i have changed the oil every 1500 to 1700 miles using royal purple 10w-30 with K&N oil filter i have only used shell Vpower gas since the build. it has tinted windows5% all around upgraded the suspension with skunk2 shocks and springs handles like a DREAM! also droped the car 2 inches. sittin on rare 17inch chrome halos! for a 98 the exterior and interior are excellent! few minor scraches here and there, the leathers still very nice. i take very much care of this car i give it all the attention it needs, i hate to see her go. again this car is excellent beautiful POWERFUL and handles INCREDIBLE! Must see, Runs & drives great"

If it had sleeves... acl bearings.. and arp bolts.. I would consider it "fully built" or close too it...

plus the 17" rims is a big downer... 15/16 is more suitable for an integra..
