what is the best all motor package for a b16a1, for going all motor.

valves, valve springs, cams, cam shaft, ti retainers.

would you go w/skunk2 or jun or type r, or other.

My setup:
CTR Cams, CTR Cam gears, Ferrea valves & retainers- stock springs-> .

I like it a lot (Revs high/smooth/quick, runs perfect). But Ive never been in a car besides mine that had the cams/valvetrain modded...so I cant really say JDM Type R components are better/worse than SKunk, Jun, Crower, etc.

 

JG makes a nice head.

 

*ITR head package cheapest respectable upgrade
*Skunk2 stage 2 cams and head package.... very reasonable and best bang for $
*Jun or Toda are top noch quality.....however very expensive. if you can do it than go for it,,,, if not stick with the ITR

i already got the itr cams and skunk2 cam gears, should i get crower or skunk2, or itr, valve springs, ti retaniers, or sell my cams and cam gears and go like w/a jun package, i know its alot of money, but saving up for next year for this project.

 

go skunk 3's for drag....why spend the money for jun when the results are the same??? i'm sure someone is going to come back w/ jun is jdm quality yO!! that's bs just ppl buying a name.

 

Yo jun is jdm quality yo...j/k I would go Skunk stage 3 for all out race...stage 2 for a street/strip/track monster...and stage 1 for more power than the typical type-r cams. Of course upgrade the valvetrain and fuel delivery. Then have it dyno tuned for maximum power gain.
