Hi guys,

I tried posting this in the CRV section, got over 100 views with no suggestions, so I thought I'd try here.

I just bought my wife a '99 Honda CRV, and the SRS light came on after i installed an aftermarket radio.

Its been on permanently, and doesn't even blink. I've tried the reset with jumping the wires, and even had our mechanic with a professional OBD2 scanner try and reset it, and it wont budge.

the code read "faulty SRS power supply" Does this mean that its just a coincidence that the power supply died when the radio was pulled.

I can't believe the luck we've had with this truck.

Problem solved, I replaced the fuse and tried the reset again. Lights off. It must have gotten bumped.

 

Can you elaborate on the SRS light "reset"? I am having the same problem. Thanks
