Default High idle after fuel filter/cap/rotor install...?

So I put a new fuel filter, rotor and cap in my Integra yesterday. I've driven it maybe 30 miles since and I've noticed that sometimes when I come to a stop the idle first drops to ~750 RPM (where it use to be) then quickly bumps to 1.5K RPM. I pulled the negative battery terminal when I did the work so maybe my ECU is just re-learning things? What do you guys think? I don't think i created in vacuum leaks while doing this work but I haven't really checked yet.

bump!?!? Anyone? If I have time this weekend I think I'm going to try to clean the IACV out.

maybe something became loose-unplugged when you worked on it...check vacuum lines and such.
