HELP! sir headlights and corners fitment not correct

HELP! sir headlights and corners fitment not correct
so i bought these sir headlights from a past bakers meet in nyc. and when i went to put them on the car the headlights fit perfect, its the corners. the 2 studs dont line up with the 2 holes there suppose to fit in on the fender. im wondering do i need the sir fenders for correct fitment. fitment is important to me. thanks in advance to anyone who can give me some advice. i wanna use them!
