Stock SOHC? There is about 20 versions - be more SPECIFIC... What is the cylinder head? What is the block? Do you know how to set mechanical timing? Did you set the valve lash properly?

yes the timing is correct
did the valve adjustment also.
Something isn't adding up - if you have ~30psi across the board on all cylinders it has to be timing is wrong, valves are bent in each cylinder, head is warped beyond recognition, block is beyond repairable, head gasket didn't get put on, ect... I think you get where I am going.
