We'll be more than happy to help, but we need a little more to go on.
Does it do it at any one specific time or condition/
Do you notice anything unrelated happening at the same time. ie: tach / speedo stop working, lamps go out ect ??
Did this condition start on it's own or did it start after 'someone' worked on the car ??

You get the idea, right ??

Who did the valve adjustment?

I believe if you set the tolerances too tight you will have problems, I would have the clearances checked again.

Any of 14 usual suspects can make a vehicle "want to die (quit (PC))", each with it's unique brand of torture for the driver.

Does it gradually go "flat" - loosing power or
Does it shut off - like someone somewhere throws a switch?
Does it start and quit?
Does it not start at all?
Does it have a rhythmic skip at idle?
Backfire?

Throw me a bone ... please !! :-)

The problem started after i let someone work on my car and i thought maybe they made the adjustments to tight because before this i had no problems.

Yes, valve lash too tight will cause the car to shut off; especially, when go to start it up at cold. Had it happen many times on mine.
