1991 civic issues (alt,tach,radio)

soo latley iv been having some issues with my civic
ill try and be as specific as possible and any and all help would be great
CAR 1991 civic std hatch

ISSUES when i start to drive in the morning to work eveything is fine untill i get about 25 miles into the drive my radio will shut off then go back on clock will dim down unless im at high rpms and tach will bounce when turn signals go on....i was thinking the alternator but some people said it may not be...i put a volt meter on it and it was reading 13.95 and just dropped to like 12.45 and kept going down...battery is new too btw
like i said any input ideas thoughts or suggestions would be great

Calm down man it's only been a couple hours...
Put your multimeter on the battery check the volts and amperage. Turn the key forward - engine off. What is the voltage now - amperage? Essentially checking for a parasitic drain. The diode could be blown in your alternator. Have you checked your alternator at a parts store? The regulator could be overheating leading to a no charge situation. What is your battery light doing all this time? Could be a lot of possibilities - but until you diagnose a little further it's all just a guess at this point.

you havent hit me up fool sad and well it could be that the alternator is going bad bro mitchells old eg the alternator went out and the whole car just shut off but it was acting up before also it could be that you have a bad connection on the fusebox for the dash harness have you checked that also grounds bro i wish i could help you like old times in whittier bro
