Stock suspension help
Hello everyone, my first time posting on here and thought I could use a little help. I just uninstalled my lowering springs off my 96 Civic and replaced them with stock springs. The front went on without a problem and everything looks great. Until I installed the rear is when I ran into some problems. After I put everything back together, the car is not compressing down onto the spring/strut. Let's say it looks like a dump truck in the back. I'm not 100% sure what year the springs came off of, maybe a 92-95 civic. So the problem I am having is why is the car not resting down on to the spring/strut and why is it so jacked up in the rear and normal in the front. If any other information is needed let me know and thanks for the help
Doesn't sound possible the way you're describing it. Did you use a spring compressor to re-install the springs. Do you have the correct springs front and rear? Post pics please. Include inside the wheel well if possible.
The first picture shows how the spring is not compressing while resting on blocks and the second shows how raised up the car is with it on the ground.
I'm confused on why it is not resting down.

The rear springs are too stiff. You either have front springs in the back, or the wrong springs in the back. If your not sure exactly where the springs came from, then there is no way to know the exact problem.
You probably got bogus rear springs.
