Icon3 2002 Honda Accord 4cyl Jerks and stalls

My car started misfiring in traffic with no warning. The check engine light came on and started flashing. The acceleration was extremely slow so I just got home. The next day I drove it to a mechanis where they told me that my distributor, wires nad plugs needed replacing. They also said that 2 codes were for the catalytic converter and a solenoid in the transmission.

So I replaced the distributor, distibutor cap, rotor, wires and plugs to see if it fixes the problem. I started the car and it ran great for about 20 miles then at a red light it starts jerking and wants to stall. So I got it home and took the neg cable off of the battery to reset the computer. Left it off for about 30 min, as I got busy, and then placed it back on and tightened it. Now the car will not turn over. It wants to start but won't.

Now I am frustrated because I have checked all connections and still nothing. I jumped off the car just incase it was the battery and still nothing. I am at a loss now. Can anyone help???

Check fuel pressure. Possibly a failing/failed pump or clogged fuel filter. This would account for the 'catalytic converter' code. BTW post up the codes, if one of the codes was PO420 that is related to catalyst threshold efficiency if the secondary O2 picks this up it well set off. This usually occurs if the A/F mixture is incorrect.
