yes, you don't have cut about 7" of piping to the FRONT of the midpipe which bolts up to cat... or if you delete your cat you should only have 1" gap or so before the end of your header (depending on which header you have)

yes this is for a EF hatchback. Its the complete cat back exhaust and will be a complete bolt on. No mod. let me know. i pm you.
