So I bought a set of oem fog lights from DCH Honda. I hooked everything up according to the PDF on the install. The harness from the lights to the plug in back of the windshield wiper reservoir went fine. My question is the harness under the dash wants me to plug in One of the plugs that goes into the fuse box(5). The one on my harness is a male and the one on the fuse box is male. Anyone run into this problem and have a solution? I've read the install over and over and can't get it. Any suggestions is highly appreciative. I'll post some pics of front end if anyone is interested. Pretty clean!

google search = "1999 honda civic fog light install pdf" you should be able to find a couple links on that search. will post pics in a minute. when cutting holes the back of bumper has a faint outline. i didnt think i would need to cut out the whole thing, but infact it was needed.

I just did this only I used Depo fogs which have different wiring than oem. However I used the OEM instructions at first not realizing it was different so I have a little knowledge on this. I believe on the OEM fogs the plug connects to a brown clip behind the fuse box. I found this clip on my car and was trying to figure out how to plug into it. The Depo set just plugs directly into the fuse box however and doesn't use the brown clip. Hope this helps.

Step 33 shows the clip I'm referring to. Its hard to get to but its there.

 

Thanks Happyman, you were on point. Found last plug after I dropped the fuse box. Pretty smooth install other than that.
